Sarah moved to BC in the summer of 2025 from Ontario, where she had been practicing for 3 years in a private clinic in Dundas, Ontario. She completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at McMaster University and her Bachelors of Kinesiology at Western University.
Sarah has extensive clinical experience working with a wide range of individuals, including injured athletes, older adults working on balance and gait as well as everyday people managing chronic pain or postural issues.
She has seen the life-changing impact that physiotherapy can have in helping her patients feel their best and be able to continue doing the activities they love. She aims to help her clients reach their specific goals by providing hands-on manual therapy treatment in combination with education and a personalized exercise program.
Sarah is currently completing her training in IMS dry needling and will be offering this service in late October 2025.
Sarah values an active and outdoorsy lifestyle - one of the biggest reasons for her move to BC. She enjoys staying active through rock climbing, hiking, weightlifting, and yoga. Sarah has been strength training since high school and enjoys teaching patients, especially women, how to safely add strength training into their routine. In addition to her favourite activities,
Sarah loves trying out new sports so that she can more closely relate to her patients and their experiences. She recently learned how to play hockey for the first time as an adult and looks forward to continuing to learn how to snowboard. Sarah’s other hobbies include camping, reading, and adding new plants to her collection at home.
She is excited to explore more of BC and would happily take any trail or climbing recommendations!
